Closed is an independent real estate media platform covering Dubai’s biggest registered property deals and crediting the brokers who closed them. Our starting point is Dubai Land Department open data: the public transaction register, not asking prices or agency listings.
We work with agencies to confirm broker credits and obtain consent before publishing attributed deals. Nothing goes live without the agency’s approval and the required RERA advertising permit. Buyers and sellers are never named.
